Kate Heather has worked in media for over twelve years and has an enviable record for raising the profile of her clients. She has worked in Television production for a number of companies including many years at the BBC. This involved working across a range of genres encompassing Live Events, Entertainment, Children’s, Sport, History and Arts. Kate is well connected with first hand experience of live and pre-recorded production. Before setting up RH Talent, Katie worked as a television agent for The Rights House, representing a number of factual and entertainment presenters and authors.

Claire Cosgrove has worked as an agent for over 15 years. Having started her career in PR she got her first break into TV at Kudos Productions working across both factual and drama. She began her career as an agent at Marmont Management in 2000 and took a permanent position at London Management where she worked with many high profile actors, presenters and directors. Claire was one of the team members who defected to Curtis Brown to set up the new actors and presenters department. Having represented her own successful list for 4 years, she was promoted to Head of Commercials, Corporate and Public Speaking Department. She has since worked at PFD as their Public Speaking Associate Agent. Claire excels in working with a variety of talent across many media platforms.
