Korin Nolan & Sasha Parker

Sasha Parker Korin NolanKorin and Sasha are the authors of the cookery book ‘How to Cook in High Heels’ and have created the website ‘How To Live in High Heels’. The site gives tips, not only on cooking but lifestyle in general. Their brand ‘How to Live in High Heels’ encompasses everything positive about a modern day woman, giving tips on fashion, exercise, health, style and beauty and of course food, with fabulous recipes.

How to Cook in High Heels was written after numerous dinner parties and they devised the recipes together in the kitchen in 2010. They created recipes that promote simple, inexpensive, yet glamorous food for even the most amateur of cooks. They have proven that you don’t have to be a professional chef in order to create something tasty and impressive.

‘Our food appeals to all busy women who live in the real world; whether they have kids swinging around their ankles, a thriving career or a desire to be more healthy. Our food meets all those needs and requirements, because as women we understand that time (and cost) is of the essence and our lives fluctuate on a daily basis. Whether you’re throwing a dinner party, preparing a healthy lunch box for your kids, or surprising your partner with a romantic meal in, we can provide the tools and knowledge that you need in the simplest form possible.’
